FibroGen, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel therapies at the frontiers of cancer biology and anemia. It is developing FG-3246, a potential first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD46, for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and potentially other cancers. This program also includes the development of FG-3180, an associated CD46-targeted positron emission tomography (PET) biomarker and imaging agent. Roxadustat is approved in China, Europe, Japan, and numerous other countries for the treatment of anemia of CKD in adult patients on dialysis (DD) and not on dialysis (NDD).
