Blackstone Senior Floating Rate 2027 Term Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective to seek preservation of capital, consistent with its primary goal of high current income. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund’s managed assets will be invested in senior secured, floating rate loans (senior loans). The Fund may also invest in second-lien loans and high yield bonds and employ financial leverage, which may increase risk to the Fund. The Fund invests in various sectors, including software, professional services, health care providers and services, commercial services and supplies, hotels, restaurants and leisure, household durables, independent power and renewable electricity producers, interactive media and services, and others. The Fund’s investment adviser is Blackstone Liquid Credit Strategies LLC.
