Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation is the holding company for Atlantic Union Bank (the Bank), which provides banking and related financial products and services to consumers and businesses. These customers include commercial real estate, commercial and industrial customers. This segment also includes its equipment finance subsidiary and its wealth management business. Its Consumer Banking segment provides loan and deposit services and retail brokerage services to consumers and small businesses throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina.
