Affimed N.V. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing cancer immunotherapies. The Company is enrolling patients into a registration-directed study of AFM13 for CD30-positive relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell Lymphoma and into a Phase 1/2a dose escalation/expansion study of AFM24 for the treatment of advanced EGFR-expressing solid tumors. Its preclinical product candidates include AMF26 for treating multiple myeloma, as well as AMF28 and AMF32, for treating of multiple tumor targets. In addition, the Company collaborates with Genentech to develop and commercialize certain product candidates for treating multiple cancers.
