Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and operates grocery-anchored shopping centers. The Company's centers feature a mix of national and regional retailers providing necessity-based goods and services throughout the United States. The Company's grocery anchors include Kroger, Publix, Albertsons and Ahold Delhaize. The Company manages approximately 330 shopping centers, including 302 wholly owned centers comprising 33.9 million square feet across 31 states and 28 shopping centers owned in three institutional joint ventures. In addition to managing its shopping centers, its third-party investment management business provides comprehensive real estate management services to the managed funds. The Company conducts substantially all of its business through Phillips Edison Grocery Center Operating Partnership I, L.P. (the Operating Partnership). The Company is a limited partner of the Operating Partnership.
