The Company’s business consists of one early-clinical-stage therapeutic program (QN-302) and one preclinical therapeutic program (Pan-RAS). Its lead program, QN-302, is an investigational small molecule G-quadruplexes (G4)-selective transcription inhibitor with strong binding affinity to G4s prevalent in cancer cells (such as pancreatic cancer). Its Pan-RAS program, which is at the preclinical stage, consists of a family of rat sarcoma virus (RAS) oncogene protein-protein interaction inhibitor small molecules inhibits or block mutated RAS genes’ proteins from binding to their effector proteins thereby leaving the proteins from the mutated RAS unable to cause further harm. Its QN-302 is in a Phase 1a clinical trial.
