It has certain oil and natural gas properties in the Midland Basin, including over 11,200 net acres located in Upton and Reagan Counties and related assets and contracts. It focuses on its development activities on horizontal drilling targets in the Wolfcamp, Spraberry, and Bone Spring formations.
