The Company owns a fleet of 11 vessels, with an aggregate capacity of 0.9 million deadweight tons (dwt), consisting of six Kamsarmax vessels, three Panamax dry bulk vessels, one Ultramax vessel, and one 1850 twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) containership.
