UBS Asset Management Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund), formerly Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund, Inc., is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide current income consistent with the preservation of capital. Its investment portfolio will not be managed for capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 75% of its total assets in fixed income securities, such as bonds, convertible securities and preferred stocks. It primarily invests in high yield fixed income securities that are in the lower rating categories of Moody’s Investors Service, Inc., S&P Global Ratings or another nationally recognized ratings service. It may also invest in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, or by agencies or instrumentalities established or sponsored by the U.S. government, including mortgage-backed securities. Its investment adviser is UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC.
