The AZEK Company Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of low maintenance and environmentally sustainable outdoor living products, including TimberTech decking and railing, AZEK and Versatex Trim, and StruXure pergolas. The Company's railing products are available in various materials and in a range of colors, finishes and styles, including traditional, modern and minimalist designs. The Company's pergola and cabana product offerings primarily consist of pergolas and cabanas manufactured by its StruXure and INTEX brands.
