Their software has become the central nervous system for intelligence agencies and military planners. They don’t just crunch data, they find the needle in a haystack of global information.
Then you have firms like Science Applications International Corp and Booz Allen Hamilton. These aren't plucky startups. They are seasoned operators who understand the peculiar dance of government procurement. They have the security clearances and the deep relationships that create formidable barriers to entry for any would be competitors. This combination of technical prowess and government savvy is the secret sauce.
