Triumph Group, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, repairs and provides spare parts across a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems and components. The Company serves the global aviation industry, including original equipment manufacturers and the full spectrum of military and commercial aircraft operators. It operates through two segments: Triumph Systems & Support and Triumph Interiors. The Triumph Systems & Support segment designs, develops, and supports proprietary components, subsystems, and systems; produces complex assemblies using external designs; and provides full life cycle solutions for commercial, regional, and military aircraft. The Triumph Interiors segment supplies commercial, business, and regional manufacturers with insulation parts, interior and composite components to Triumph and customer designs, and the manufacture of thermo-acoustic insulation, environmental control system ducting, and other aircraft interior components for major aerospace OEMs.
