Prokidney Corp. is a late clinical-stage cellular therapeutics company focused on chronic kidney disease (CKD). The Company’s cell therapy platform has the potential to treat CKD using a patient’s own cells. Its PROACT 1 is an ongoing Phase III randomized, blinded, sham controlled safety and efficacy study of rilparencel in subjects with type 2 diabetes and advanced CKD. Its REGEN-007 is a multi-center Phase II open-label, randomized two-arm trial of rilparencel in patients with diabetes, CKD.
