Mesa Air Group, Inc. is the holding company of Mesa Airlines, a regional air carrier providing scheduled passenger service to 82 cities in 32 states, the District of Columbia, Cuba, and Mexico. The Company operates a fleet of 60 aircraft, with approximately 238 daily departures. Its regional aircraft consists of 54 E-175 aircraft and six CRJ-900 aircraft. The aircraft in the Company’s fleet are operated under the Company’s Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA), leased to a third party, held for sale, or maintained as operational spares. It operates all its flights as United Express pursuant to the terms of a CPA entered into with United Airlines, Inc.
