Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary Howard Hughes Corporation, operates a large scale, mixed-use real estate platform focused on the development of master planned communities (MPCs). The Operating Assets segment consists of developed or acquired retail, office, and multifamily properties along with other real estate investments. The MPC segment includes the development and sale of residential and commercial land, primarily in large-scale, long-term projects. The Strategic Developments segment consists of residential condominium and commercial property projects under development and all other properties held for development. Its portfolio includes Summerlin in Las Vegas; The Woodlands, The Woodlands Hills and Bridgeland in the Houston region; and Teravalis in the Phoenix region. It also holds a specialty insurer and reinsurer, offering a diversified portfolio of global property & casualty (P&C) products.
