PIMCO Global StocksPLUS & Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek total return comprised of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a combination of securities and instruments that provide exposure to stocks and/or produce income. The Fund's stock exposure (including for purposes of the 80% policy) may be obtained through stock holdings and/or through index and other derivative instruments that have economic characteristics similar to the United States and non-United States stocks. The Fund also may invest directly in common stocks, other equity instruments and other types of derivative instruments, such as options contracts and options on futures contracts, to gain equity exposure. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC serves as the Fund's investment manager.
