Wag! Group Co. provides an online marketplace that enables pet parents to connect with pet caregivers for various pet services. Its platform allows Pet Parents to request a multitude of preset services, including pre-scheduled and on-demand dog walking, drop-in visits at the Pet Parent’s home, pet boarding at a caregiver’s home, in-home pet sitting, and both in-home one-on-one dog training and remote dog training. Its suite of wellness services includes Vet Chat, wellness plans, pet insurance comparison, and pet prescription Rx. Its businesses include Wag Labs, Inc., a premier marketplace for offline pet services, such as dog walking and overnight boarding; Petted.com, which is an online comparison marketplace for pet insurance and wellness plans; and Dog Food Advisor, a marketplace for pet food and treat advice, and others. Through the Wag! Platform, Pet Parents can connect with Pet Caregivers to schedule an appointment for a desired service.
