It focuses on being a supplier of these critical materials to industries addressing global decarbonization, food and domestic security. It focuses on developing capabilities ranging from upstream extraction and product sales of boric acid, lithium carbonate and potentially other co-products, to downstream boron advanced material processing and development. It holds 100% of the rights through ownership in the 5E Boron Americas (Fort Cady) Complex (the Project) located in southern California, through its wholly owned subsidiary, 5E Boron Americas, LLC. Its Project is underpinned by a mineral resource that includes boron and lithium, with the boron being contained in a conventional boron mineral known as colemanite. The Company's subsidiaries include American Pacific Borates Pty Ltd., and 5E Boron Americas, LLC.
