The Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF is an exchange-traded fund incorporated in the USA. The Trust's investment objective is to reflect the performance of the spot price of bitcoin as measured using the Lukka Prime Bitcoin Reference Rate. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold bitcoin. The fee is waived entirely for the first six months, or until $5bn AUM is reached.
