DMC Global Inc.
DMC Global Inc. is a diversified company operating a portfolio of asset-light manufacturing businesses. It provides highly engineered products across three distinct segments. Its DynaEnergetics business serves the global oil and gas industry, designing and selling perforating systems and hardware. The NobelClad division produces explosion-welded clad metal plates for corrosion-resistant industrial equipment, as well as specialised transition joints for ships, rail cars, and liquified natural gas (LNG) processing facilities. Finally, Arcadia Products supplies the commercial construction market with a range of architectural building solutions, including aluminium window and door systems and storefronts. This multi-sector approach means the company is active in energy, industrial infrastructure, and commercial construction, giving it exposure to different economic drivers. As with any investment, its value can fall as well as rise.
