Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. is a bank holding company. Through its wholly owned bank subsidiary, Metropolitan Commercial Bank, a New York state-chartered commercial bank, the Company provides a range of business, commercial and retail banking products and services to small businesses, middle-market enterprises, public entities and individuals primarily in the New York metropolitan area.
