Its segments include electric vehicles, medical supplies, and drones. The electric vehicle segment consists of sales of commercial electric vehicles to customers. The medical supplies segment consists solely of sales to Maddox Defense, a related party, based on an agreement to supply refurbished medical gowns on a cost-plus pricing arrangement. Through the Company's drone operations, it is also diversifying its portfolio of assets by engaging in the production and supply of drones that are used in the agricultural environment. The drones segment is limited to start-up expenses and research and development activities. It serves commercial and last-mile fleets, school districts, public and private transportation service companies and colleges and universities.
